Andrew Flintoff says his decision to retire from Test cricket at the end of the Ashes is "for my own sanity".

The 31-year-old, one of the best all-rounder in the world cricket has decided to retire from Test Cricket after his long-running battle against injuries and said,

"My body has told me it's time to stop."
